Interns 4-Good

Connecting Students to Meaningful Internship Opportunities with Nonprofits

After seven incredible years, Interns 4-Good is closing its doors — but the impact we built together will last a lifetime.

2019 – 2026 · A student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Our Mission

Connecting digitally-savvy students with nonprofits that need them most.

Interns 4-Good was founded in 2019 by Ellie Zimmerman, then a high school sophomore, after she struggled to find meaningful internships as a teen. She built a platform where students gained real-world skills in graphic design, web development, marketing, writing, and education — while nonprofits across the U.S. received free, skilled support. Entirely student-run. Entirely built on passion.

What started as a simple idea grew into a national nonprofit serving 350+ organizations across the U.S.
